Jonas Ridderstrale describes current business as karaoke capitalism -- institutionalized imitation. In business it is called "benchmarking" and "best practices." Practitioners are called MBAs (Mediocre But Arrogant). Schools that grant MBA degree use the same books. Imitating someone else will never make you truly successful.
